About Me: |
I began studying piano at the age of 7 and violin at the age of 11. As a child, I participated in almost any community musical outlet I could find, from Youth Symphony to summer musicals. After graduating from Morton High School, I attended Bradley University where I studied piano under Dr. Edward Kaiser and violin under Marcia Henry-Liebenow. Upon graduating from Bradley Univesity, I first pursued an advanced degree in English Liiterature before turning back to music and a fulltime job teaching poano and violin. Currently, in addition to running a busy studio, I also perform with the Suncoast Symphony as a first violinist. I also sit on the Board of Directors for that organization. |
My Favorite Thing: |
Besides music, I also love reading, coffee, hiking and camping. |
