About Me: |
After college Carolyn worked in New York City for ten years on Broadway
appearing in such musicals as OLIVER!, MAN OF LA MANCHA, CAMELOT, and Lincoln
Center revivals of CAROUSEL and ANNIE GET YOUR GUN. She also served as
rehearsal accompanist for these two Lincoln Center productions while touring
with them. Through the American Light Opera Company in Washington, D.C.,
she had the privilege of singing at two State Dinners given by Secretary
of State and Mrs. Dean Rusk, as well as participating in a White House
performance. After her daughter arrived, she traded for a more normal lifestyle and went back to the source of her training by working as Organist/Choir Director at Clearview United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg, Florida where she is responsible for seven choirs. |
