Private Music Lessons
Private lessons are offered for all ages, all levels in piano, keyboard, accordion, voice, guitar, bass, all strings, theory, composition, percussion, band instruments, drama and poetry.
Combination Lessons
Combination lessons are are also available for most instruments including piano/voice, piano/guitar, etc.
Toddler Classes - Group
Music Together is a family music program for children aged 0-5 and their adult caregivers. The program is founded on over 20 years of early childhood music development research and supports not only music learning but cognitive, language, gross motor and social development in children. Each 10 week semester comes with new music we use throughout the course of that term. Families receive a songbook and CD set of the music used that term and are given tips on incorporating music outside of the classroom as well as being led through activities by a trained teacher once weekly. Classes last 45 minutes and contain segments of song, rhythm, movement and instrument play. The kids only know they're having a wonderful time and the parents do too!
Classes will be lead by Colleen McGrath and will begin on September 12 running weekly through November 14. The cost is $180 for this semester with a $5.00 registration fee for new families to this program. Call for more information.
Toddler - Private Lessons
We also offer private lessons for toddlers 3 years old and up. Our toddler prices are $80.00 per month paid in advance with a one-time $10.00 registration fee. Toddler private lessons provide practice with rhythm instruments and advancing to keyboard instruction. These private lessons are offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
Mattioli Youth Band
We are pleased to announce the creation of our new youth band. Students must be 8 years old or older. The band is comprised of all instruments and vocals under the direction of Richard Wall. Rehearsals are Monday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The band goes on vacation during the summer and resumes in September. Band attendance is $5.00 per session for students taking private lessons with Mattioli Music and $10.00 non-students. Band participation is a wonderful opportunity for learning and socializing with other students. For further information, please call the studio at 727-367-1361 and ask for Richard Wall.
Adult Accordion Band
Mattioli Music is now forming an Adult Accordion Band. Rehearsals will begin mid-July with the day and time to be announced. Each session will be 60 minutes. The fee for participation will be $5.00 per session for students taking private lessons with Mattioli Music and $10.00 per session for non-students. Come and meet fellow musicians for some fun and be one of the charter members. This promises to be a great time for all. Beginner level students through advanced players are welcome. Academic Tutorial Classes
